Guilt

Man, this writing-down-everything-I-eat thing kind of sucks. I mean it's good that I'm keeping track of everything that goes into my pie hole, but actually fessing up to all the crap I eat makes me feel kind of bad about myself. Obviously not enough to stop, but enough to make me feel a bit worse about myself everyday. Perhaps this guilt will turn into pro-active behavior so I can start eating in a more healthy manner and then drop oh, about 30 lbs. We'll see about that. On to food...

Breakfast: scrambled eggs, potatoes, english muffin, OJ

Lunch: bacon wrapped filet mignon (how CAN you resist), white rice, asparagus, small piece of cranberry chocolate torte cake

Dinner: white rice, a little piece of fish, prime rib, fruit salad

Etc: Godiva Mocha drink, a few Whopper Easter Egg candies, pirates booty *mmmm

I'm pretty sure when I go home, I'll end up eating something else. Why? Again, because I have almost no self-control. Temptation sucks. I actually had a small bowl of Smart Start cereal last night, but I didn't add it to my list for yesterday. But that's kind of healthy? I think I'll eat another small bowl tonight. *Sigh. Pathetic, is I!
